DELIVERY AREA

We currently ship to the United States only. Orders from other countries cannot be processed at this time. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are complete and correct, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or returns.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME

Once processed, your order will be shipped from our fulfillment center. The average delivery time within the United States is 6-10 business days (Monday-Friday).

Shipping time may vary due to:

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Flat rate shipping: $8.90 on all orders
  • FREE shipping on all orders over $50

There are no hidden fees. All applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Please note: Tracking updates may take 2-5 business days to appear after the package has left our fulfillment center. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

FAILED DELIVERY OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The package may be returned to us
  • We will contact you to clarify the correct address
  • We will offer redelivery or a suitable alternative solution

If you realize you entered the wrong address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@rakoske.com and we will attempt to update it before the order ships. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, the delivery is considered complete. If you are unable to locate your package after it has been marked as delivered, please contact us and we will assist you in coordinating with the carrier to investigate the matter.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of any damaged packaging or product (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

P.O. BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please note that deliveries to these addresses may take additional time beyond the standard 6-10 business day estimate.
