RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Rakoske, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products purchased from Rakoske and receive a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Returns requested after the 30-day window has closed will not be accepted.
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Simply contact our support team to initiate the return, and we will take care of the rest. All we ask is that you provide your order number or proof of purchase so we can locate your order and process your refund as quickly as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1 — Contact Us: Email us at support@rakoske.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
Step 2 — Receive Your Label: Our team will respond within 48 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
Step 3 — Ship It Back: Pack the item securely, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
Step 4 — We Inspect Your Return: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and send you an email confirmation.
Step 5 — Get Your Refund: Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of confirmation and applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the refund.
When approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- The refund will be applied to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or original form of payment).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
EXCHANGES
We currently process exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@rakoske.com. If the desired exchange item is available, we will provide instructions. Otherwise, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rakoske.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs clearly showing the damage or defect
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with this policy.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
At this time, Rakoske ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, return policies for international orders will be updated here. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees.
